Esmail Kazemi, along with the Deputy Governor for Development Affairs, visited the asphalt project of the coastal road of Hesar village and the asphalt paving of some of the village’s roads on Tuesday afternoon.
The acting governor of Deylam stated during this visit that the project, with a contract volume of 9,000 square meters of asphalt paving, is being implemented using free government bitumen, internal funds from the village administration, and partly from oil funds.
He emphasized the importance of completing this project in improving rural infrastructure and stressed the need to accelerate progress and adhere to technical standards.
